That the PACAC approve the
recommendation outlined in Report PACAC10-014, dated January 12, 2010, of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
That the Committee direct the
Designation Sub-Committee of PACAC to determine the heritage value of the
property located at 3595 Nassau Mills Road to allow the Committee to consider
recommending designation of this property.
That staff be directed to forward a
report recommending designation of Loyal Orange Lodge 457 to Council based on a
favourable evaluation score indicating eligibility designation and that all
members of PACAC be informed.

recommendation outlined in Report PACAC10-13 dated April 13, 2010, of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
That staff be directed to
provide a report regarding the impact of the Transportation Plan Review on
heritage properties within the City of Peterborough for consideration and
action by the Committee.

That the PACAC approve the
recommendation outlined in Report PACAC10-012, dated April 13, 2010, of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator as follows:
That the recommendation of
the Designation Subcommittee to designate the following properties, under the
Ontario Heritage Act; The Nesbitt Davidson House - 64 Hunter Street, The
Standard Surgical and Medical Clinic 327 Charlotte Street, The Campbell-Hatton
House - 651 Gilmour Street, The Copping House- 788 Aylmer Street, and 597-599
Water Street, be approved.

Office report with respect to the monthly activities of the Heritage
Preservation Office for March 2010, be received for information.

Comprehensive
Transportation Plan Update Presentation

That staff and the Chair
invite Wayne Jackson, Director of Utility Services and representatives from the
consulting firm Morrison Hershfield Limited to make a presentation to Committee
on the Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update at the May 11, 2010 or June 8,
2010 PACAC meeting.

concerns related to Historica Fair funding.
Peer Christensen mentioned the fire
occurring at the wooden bridge to Point St. Charles, East City.

That Committee recommend
that the bridge to Point St. Charles be replaced with a new bridge that is in
keeping with the heritage value of the original.
