recommendation outlined in Report PACAC11-002, dated January 18, 2011 of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
a) That the letter dated
January 10, 2011, from the Heritage Week Organizing Committee be received.
b) That a budget of 500 dollars
be established to fund the Heritage Week advertising fund.
c) That staff be directed to
proceed with negotiations with the Heritage Week Organizing Committee to
canvass a radio station with the broadest possible listenership.
