order at 6:59 p.m. in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

as he has submitted a property he owns as a potential site.

implementation of the Municipal Cultural Plan.

direction on corporate priorities and areas of interest for presentations, and
staff reports for 2016.

14, 2016, of the Manager of Arts, Culture & Heritage Division, as follows:

the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Public Art Advisory Committee as amended,
be approved.
b)
That
the Chair of the interim Public Art Steering Committee set up a working group
to establish the Public Art Advisory Committee.
c)
That
the proposed public art projects for 2016 be approved.
