dated June 11, 2015, of the Museum Director, as follows:

the Peterborough Museum & Archives: 2012-2016 Accessibility Plan (Appendix
A) be reviewed and amended, as required.

Susan
Neale congratulated Janice Millard on her retirement from Trent University and
offered thanks for her commitment to the Committee during the past few years.
Linda
Lumsden commended Susan Neale and the Museum staff for the great work
accomplished during the past year.
Susan
Neale informed staff that the Museum was presented with the Community Partner
Award of Excellence 2015 from Community Living Peterborough.
Ken
Brown requested that an update report be provided at the October Committee meeting
on the possibility of a Regional Archive.
Next Meeting
The Chair indicated that the next
meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2015.
