The meeting of Committee of the Whole was called to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Doris Room, City Hall.

Moved by Councillor Clarke

 

That Committee move into Closed Session to discuss one item under the Municipal Act, 2001 Section 239(2)(a) The security of the property of the municipality or local board and two items under Section 239(2)(d) Labour relations or employee negotiations and Section 239(2)(e) Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.

Councillor Beamer declared an interest in Item 2 and left the meeting at 6:10 p.m.  Councillor Pappas assumed the Chair at 6:10 p.m.
