Councillor Pappas declared a pecuniary
interest with File SPC-856, 384 Mark Street as he owns property in close
proximity. He did not discuss or vote on the matter.

recommendation outlined in Report PACAC13-010, dated April 9, 2013 of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

the Heritage Preservation Office report with respect to the monthly activities
