meeting of the Public Library Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Deputy City Clerk called for nominations for the position of Chair of the
Peterborough Public Library Board for 2017.

Paul Stern be appointed as Chair of the Peterborough Public Library Board for
2017.

Stern assumed the Chair and called for nominations for the position of Vice
Chair.

before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board, to
discuss a Civil Suit Update.
