Accessible Document Training for City Employees

Coordinator as follows:

the presentation by Mark Buffone, the City of Peterborough Accessibility
Compliance Coordinator, regarding accessible document training for City
employees be received for information.

Other Business
1.
Zach
Prins, a local artist, came and spoke to the Committee regarding ideas for
artwork to be included in the information brochure. The Committee invited Zach
to bring some potential pictures for the brochure to the June Committee meeting.
2.
Nominations
are being accepted for the Ontario Medal for Good Citizenship.
3.
The
Committee’s request for an audible crosswalk at Hilliard and Langton Streets is
moving forward. A file is now open on the project and studies on traffic will
be completed this spring.
Next Meeting
The
Chair indicated that the next Committee meeting will be held on June 4, 2014.
