Minutes of a Meeting of the Peterborough Architectural
Conservation Advisory Committee held on October 6, 2016 in the Sutherland Room,
City Hall.
The
meeting of the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Stewart Hamilton, Chair in the Sutherland Room,
City Hall.

meeting held on September 1, 2016 be approved.

the PACAC approve the recommendation outlined in Report PACAC16-033, dated
October 6, 2016 of the Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
That
the presentation from Cenotaph Advisory Committee representatives regarding
proposed alterations to the Citizens’ War Memorial be received for information.
At
the meeting of October 6, 2016, the following was added:
That
PACAC propose a joint ad-hoc committee between the Peterborough Architectural
Conservation Advisory Committee and the Cenotaph Advisory Committee.

the PACAC endorse the resource guides developed in support of the Heritage
Permit application process for designated properties.
