Pappas declared an interest with respect to 1545 Monaghan Road as his parents
live within 120 metres from the subject property.

Kevin Arjoon, Deputy Clerk,
provided a presentation with respect to the legislative support to advisory
committees of Council.

recommendation outlined in Report CPCLKPACAC09-001, dated November 10, 2009, of
the City Clerk, as follows:
That the presentation by
the Deputy Clerk, with respect to the provision of legislative support to
Advisory Committees of Council, be received for information.

That the PACAC approve the
recommendation outlined in Report PACAC09-011, dated November 10, 2009, of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

the Heritage Preservation Office report with respect to the monthly activities
of the Heritage Preservation Office for October 2009, be received for
information.

That the Special Events
Committee be awarded up to $900.00 from the PACAC Committee budget, with
respect to printing the Fall 2009, Committee Newsletter.

regarding the PACAC Fall 2009 Committee Newsletter be re-opened.
