outlined in report APRAC10-0007 dated February 23, 2010 of the Planner, Urban
Design as follows:
a) That
a delegation be received from Ivy Sucee.
b) That the proposed Hazelbrae
Barnardo Memorial be endorsed as a project to be undertaken in 2010.
c) That the proposed location
for the Hazelbrae Barnardo Memorial Project at the Queen Alexandra Community
Centre be endorsed.
d) That
a City contribution of $10,000 toward the project be endorsed.

amendments to By-Law 07-126 (the Smoking By-Law).
