conflicts of pecuniary interest in compliance with the Municipal Act as
outlined in By-law 05-041, a By-law to Repeal By-law 95-10 and to establish an Arts
Culture & Heritage Advisory
e) That the
Committee be authorized, from time to time, to invite other persons or groups
to address the committee and participate (non-voting) in discussions on
subjects of relevance before the committee.

Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
a) That the presentation
from Arts, Culture & Heritage Division staff be received.
b) That Cathy
Wilson, Arts Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee, be appointed to the
City’s RFP review committee for the Municipal Cultural Plan
Committee provided direction to staff with
respect to the Municipal Cultural Plan Process Request for Proposal.
