Report CPFS15-025
400 Plastics Road - Status Update and Notice of Vesting
That Council approve the recommendations outlined in
Report CPFS15-025 dated June 1, 2015, of the Director of Corporate Services,
as follows:
a) That a by-law be passed authorizing the vesting of
the property at 400 Plastics Road to the City of Peterborough;
b) That a capital project of $300,000 be created with
funds from the Capital Levy Reserve to demolish the building and remove the
shingles;
c) That staff report back to Council at a later date on
the potential uses of the property and options for further clean up.
