Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

the PACAC supports the community’s participation in Jane’s Walk Peterborough
through a contribution of up to $1,000 for advertising and promotion, and;
b)
That
the presentation from the local Jane’s Walk Peterborough organizer be received
for information.

properties be recommended to Council for designation pursuant to Part IV of the
Ontario Heritage Act as being of cultural heritage value or interest: 91 Langton Street – The
Higgins House; 195 London Street – The Baptie House; 349 Reid Street – The
James T. Stenson House; 416 Stewart Street – The Walter Paterson House; 583
Harvey Street – The William Thornton House; and 601 Gilmour Street – The Koster
House.

the 2011 PACAC budget allocations, as outlined in Appendix A, be approved; and

the memberships and subscriptions as outlined in this report be approved.

Gord Young noted recent changes
to access to the Land Registry Office, for heritage research purposes. Erik
Hanson, Heritage Resources Coordinator advised of a letter from the Ministry of
Tourism to municipal heritage committees, that can be used to access to the
Land Registry Office.
