At 7:15 p.m. the Chair advised that
given the lack of quorum, the group would be meeting as an Executive Session.
Barb Van Vierzen provided an update on
the first “Artrepreneurs” event which was a success.
The Chair provided information on “Our
Favourite Place Reservation System” which is being offered through RTO 8.
Discussion was held on the proposed Shopper’s
Drug Mart store at the corner of Aylmer and Charlotte Streets. It was noted
that the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee is on the
circulation list for the project however ACHAC is not.
Patricia Newson made a motion that
Catherine Dibben bring forward any planning related circulations received by
PACAC regarding the Shopper’s Drug Mart project to ACHAC, and that comments on
the project be provided to PACAC. Given the lack of quorum, the motion could
not be voted on.
Patricia Newson left the meeting at
7:56 p.m.
It was agreed that the March 8th,
2012 meeting of ACHAC will be held at the Art Gallery of Peterborough.
The Chair declared the Executive
Session concluded at 8:23 pm.
