A report to
evaluate the planning merits of amending the City’s Official Plan to bring
the lands known as 1999 Technology Drive into ‘General Industrial’ and ‘Major
Open Space’ designations from the Industrial provisions in the Otonabee
(South Monaghan) Township Official Plan; and the Zoning By-Law to apply the
City’s M1.1 – Light Industrial Zoning District to the westerly portion of the
subject lands to permit uses consistent with the City’s Official Plan policies,
including an animal hospital.
