Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee held on December 3, 2015 in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

 

The special meeting of the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Stewart Hamilton, Chair in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

Strategic Plan and Action Plan

 

Councillor Pappas left the meeting at 6:12 p.m.

 

Moved by Martin Parker

 

That the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee approve the recommendations outlined in Report PACAC15-041, dated December 3, 2015 of the Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

 

a)            That the PACAC adopt the updated Strategic Plan to guide the implementation of committee initiatives from 2016 onwards.

 

b)           That, based on the Strategic Plan, the PACAC identifies and approves a list of action items for completion in 2016.

Next Meeting

 

The Chair indicated that the next meeting of the Committee is scheduled for January 7, 2016.
