The meeting of Museum & Archives Advisory Committee was called to order at

5:10 p.m. by Nancy Jackson, Chair in the Fine Annex, Peterborough Museum & Archives.

Peterborough Museum & Archives: Renewal Project Update

That the Museum & Archives Advisory Committee approve the recommendation outlined in Report MAAC14-008 dated May 08, 2014, of the Museum Director, as follows:

 

That the presentation by the Museum Director, City of Peterborough, be received for information.

Report MAAC14-009

Peterborough Museum & Archives: 2015 User Fees

 

Moved by Councillor Pappas

 

That the Museum & Archives Advisory Committee approve the recommendation outlined in Report MAAC14-009 dated May 08, 2014, of the Museum Director, as follows:

 

a)          That the Peterborough Museum & Archives 2015 User Fees be approved, and

 

b)         That School Programs User Fees be increased by $1 per half day of camp in 2015.  (Programs effected by the increase include Summer Discovery, March Break Discovery, KinderKidz, PA Day Camps)

Councillor Pappas left the meeting at 6:10 p.m.

 

Other Business  

 

Susan Neale, Museum Director updated the Committee on various Museum activities.
