report to evaluate the planning merits of amending the Zoning By-Law for the
properties known as 1185 Hilliard Street and Part of 70 Towerhill Road from
the C.1 – Commercial District and from the R.1,2o-‘H’ and R.1-‘H’ -
Residential Districts to the SP.293, 7c – Residential District, to permit the
redevelopment of the lands for a 29 unit, 3 storey apartment building on the
easterly portion of the lands.
