Heritage Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Fynn Leitch, Vice

September 12, 2013 of the Heritage Resources Coordinator and the Cultural
Planner, as follows:

the decision to delegate a member of ACHAC to sit on the Heritage Conservation
District Study Steering Committee be deferred until the October 10, 2013

Other Business
A member of the Committee asked about the
status of the inventory of the outdoor Public Art Collection. Staff indicated
that an inventory was completed over the summer and a maintenance schedule has
been complied. The focus in 2014 will be to complete the required maintenance
and repairs to the current collection.
Next Meeting
The Chair indicated that the next
scheduled meeting is October 10, 2013. The meeting will be held in the
Sutherland Room, City Hall not at the Canadian Canoe Museum.
