The meeting of Peterborough
Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

the Heritage Preservation Office report with respect to the monthly activities
of the Heritage Preservation Office for September 2011, be received for
information.

Purchase
of Outstanding Heritage Designation Plaques

Conservation Advisory Committee approve the recommendation outlined in Report PACAC11-022
dated October 12, 2011, of the Heritage Resources Coordinator as follows:
That the Committee purchase
the remaining 36 Heritage Designation Plaques that are outstanding from 2006 to
present.

The Committee requested a
current financial statement as well as clarification on how the plaques are
being financed.
