County/City Waste Management Facility Property Rental Rates

Committee endorse the recommendation as outlined in Report WMC12-002 dated
November 19, 2012, of the Director of Utility Services as follows:
That the land rental rates
for Peterborough County/City Waste Management Facility lands be consistent for
all lands and to be increased from $25 or $30 per acre to $40 per acre for the
period January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015 inclusive.

Report – Commencement
of Environmental Assessment

Councils of the County and City of Peterborough that staff develop a Terms of
Reference for an Environmental Assessment process for the purpose of dealing
with the long term waste disposal needs of the County and City.
