AAC12-013
Planning Department Presentation
Brian Buchardt, Planner Urban Design
provided an overview of site plans and accessibility issues.

dated June 6, 2012, of the Accessibility Coordinator as follows:
That the presentation by
Brian Buchardt Planner Urban Design, regarding the City of Peterborough
Planning Department Site Plan Review process be received for information.

Other Business
Committee members were
reminded that Customer Service Training (by Service Ontario) must be completed
either using the e-learning module or workbook. It was noted that the
training takes approximately 50 minutes to complete.
The draft policy for integrated
accessibility standards was circulated to Committee members and will now go forward
to City Council.
Staff will attempt to arrange for a
presentation by representatives from the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario on
September 5th, 2012. This presentation will address the integrated accessibility
standard and other local AAC groups will be invited to attend.
