and Forestry, as follows:

the Public Works Division be allowed to remove the existing swing set in Humber
Park and re-install the swing set in Dixon Park.

Coordinator and the Arena Division Manager, as follows:

the issuance of a Public Event Special Occasion permit be endorsed for the
Peter Robinson Festival occurring within Morrow Park from July 31 to August 2,
2015, in accordance with the Liquor Licence Act, and the City of
Peterborough Alcohol Management Policy.

Therrien informed Committee members about the Stewart Street Playstreet event
taking place on Sunday, May 31st from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Matthews let the Committee know that the Peterborough Sport and Wellness Centre
will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary on Tuesday, June 3rd
and the speeches will begin at 11:00 a.m.
