the PACAC appoint up to two members of the Committee to sit on the steering
committee for Peterborough Green-up’s Treasured Tree Hunt.
Committee at its meeting of March 13,
2012 made the following recommendation:

That
Paul Lumsden and Martin Parker be appointed to sit on the steering committee for
Peterborough Green-up’s Treasured Tree Hunt.

Request
for PACAC Support in Creating Heritage Tree Guidelines

That the Peterborough Architectural
Conservation Advisory Committee approve the recommendations outlined in Report PACAC12-015
dated March 13, 2012, of the Heritage Resources Coordinator as follows:
a) That the correspondence
from Cathy Dueck of Peterborough Green-up be received; and,
b) That the PACAC create a
Heritage Tree Designation Guidelines ad-hoc committee; and,
c) The PACAC appoint a member
to sit on the ad-hoc committee as a representative of PACAC.
Committee at its meeting of March 13,
2012 made the following recommendation:
d) That Martin Parker be
appointed to sit on the Heritage Tree Designation Guidelines ad-hoc committee.

various property matters.
