The meeting of the Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:09 p.m. by John Summers, Chair in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

That the Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee approve the recommendation outlined in Report ACHAC13-004 dated February 14, 2013 of the Director of Community Services as follows:

 

That the presentation on City Funding Support by the Director of Community Services be received for information.

Cultural Mapping and Public Art

That the Arts, Culture and Heritage Advisory Committee approve the recommendations outlined in Report ACHAC13-005 dated February 14, 2013, of the Manager of Arts, Culture and Heritage as follows:

 

a)            That the presentation by the Cultural Planner on cultural mapping be received for information and discussion.

 

b)           That the presentation by the Cultural Planner on Public art policy, procedures and current Public Art projects be received for information.
