Report PLPD16-053 be deferred until such time as:
a)
i. An
additional public meeting is held,
ii. The City’s lodging house
regulations are finalized, and
iii. The City’s new parking
regulations be brought before Council
b)
That
the Building (and Property Standards Department), Fire Department and
Peterborough Public Health all provide comment on the application when it comes
back before the Planning Committee.
c)
That
the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee provide comment
on the application.

the meeting at 9:20 p.m. and Councillor Pappas returned at 9:21 p.m.

That Council approve the
recommendation outlined in Report PLPD16-054 dated July 18, 2016, of the
Manager, Planning Division, as follows:
That
the zoning of the subject property be amended from the R.1– Residential
District to the R.2,19f - Residential District in accordance with Exhibit ‘C‘
attached to Report PLPD16-054.

Proposed Amendments to introduce Heritage Conservation
District Policies to the Official Plan
Due
to his previously declared interest, Mayor Bennett did not comment or vote on
this item.

That Council approve the
recommendation outlined in Report PLPD16-055 dated July 18, 2016, of the
Manager, Planning Division, as follows:
That Section 2.4.9 of the Official
Plan – Cultural Heritage be revised to add Sections 2.4.9.3.1 through 2.4.9.3.4
to address requirements for the designation, study and development of Heritage
Conservation Districts in accordance with the draft amendment attached as
Exhibit “A” to Report PLPD16-055.
