17-013 Being a
By-law to authorize the execution of a Settlement Agreement between The
Corporation of the City of Peterborough, AON Inc., and the Peterborough
Downtown Business Improvement Area Association – OMB Appeal, 1400 Crawford
Drive (Casino)
and
the said by-law, having been now read a third time and passed, the Mayor and
Clerk be authorized to sign and seal the same.

That the following by-law be read a
first, second and third time:
17-014 Being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting
held on February 21, 2017.

OMB
Appeal – 1400 Crawford Drive (Casino)
That Council approve the recommendations
outlined in Report OCS17-003 dated February 13, 2017, of the City Solicitor and
Director of Legal Services as follows:
a)
That
Council approve the terms of the Settlement Agreement; and
b) That a by-law be
passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Settlement Agreement.
