Committee was called to order at 4:01 p.m. by the Chair in the Sutherland Room,
City Hall.

Reference for the AAC Transportation Committee

That the Accessibility Advisory
Committee approves the recommendation outlined in Report AAC12-005, dated April
4, 2012, of the Accessibility Coordinator as follows:
That the proposed Terms of Reference
for the AAC Transportation Committee be approved, as presented in Report
AAC12-005 Appendix “A”.

That bullet five of “Structure of
Committee” be amended to read as follows:
“A minimum of four individuals who
have declared a variety of disabilities including mobility, vision, hearing and
intellectual disabilities and or other disabilities as disclosed, if possible.”

Upon the main motion as amended, the
motion carried.

Committee approves the recommendation outlined in Report AAC12-006, dated April
4, 2012, of the Accessibility Coordinator as follows:
That the proposed Terms of Reference
for the Built Environment Committee be approved, as presented in Report
