The meeting of the Waste Management
Committee was called to order at 2:06 p.m. in the General Committee Room, City

That the Waste Management Committee direct staff to
prepare a revised Terms of
Reference for the Site Liaison Committee to be presented
for review at the next Waste Management Committee meeting and that discussions move to
the liason committee regarding participation and scope.

Chair
Heath discussed the use of the consent agenda on the waste management committee
agenda.
Councillor
Rand asked staff for an update at the next meeting regarding energy from
landfill gas.
Melanie
Kawalec discussed increasing landfill tipping fees through the 2010 budget
process.
Chair
Heath requested a fee comparison review of landfill tipping fees, for the next
meeting.
