Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting held on March 14, 2016, in the Doris Room, City Hall.

 

The special meeting of Committee of the Whole was called to order at 5:02 p.m. in the Doris Room, City Hall.

Moved by Councillor Clarke

 

That Committee move into closed session on three items under Section 239(2)(c) A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board and one item under Section 239(2)(f) Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

Councillor Vassiliadis, due to a declared interest, left the meeting at 6:03 p.m. and returned at 6:17 p.m.

 

Committee recessed Closed Session at 6:35 p.m. 

 

Committee reconvened in Open Session at 9:11 p.m.

 

Due to his declared interest, Councillor Vassiliadis was not present when the meeting reconvened.

 

Moved by Councillor Baldwin

 

That Committee move back into closed session to complete the remaining agenda item under Section 239(2)(c) A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
