Advisory Committee review the recommendation outlined in Report AAC12-014,
dated October 3, 2012, of Phyllis Hodder, Accessibility Coordinator as follows:
That The City of Peterborough By-Law
Animals, Chapter 192 Dogs – Licensing – Regulation appended to Report
AAC12-014, be received for review, and
That the definitions in 192.1.4,
192.1.6, be amended and consistent throughout the document, and that section
192.4.1 conclude “or interfering with service dogs”.

It was noted that the Peterborough
Lakefield Community Police Service will attend the meeting on November 7, 2012
to discuss the issue of accessible taxis in the community.
