The meeting of Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Stewart Hamilton, Chair in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

That the presentation by the Planner of Subdivision Control and Special Projects on the current status of the Official Plan update be received for information.

That the PACAC approve the recommendation outlined in Report PACAC13-006, dated March 12, 2013 of the Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

 

That the Heritage Preservation Office report with respect to the monthly activities of the Heritage Preservation Office for February 2013, be received for information.

PACAC Website Update

That the PACAC approve the recommendation outlined in Report PACAC13-009, dated March 12, 2013 of the Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

 

That the PACAC appoint a new Chair to the Ad-Hoc website committee in order to complete the draft review.

 

Committee, at its meeting of March 12, 2013 made the following motion:

 

That Committee members Councillor Pappas and Bronson Smith be appointed to the Ad-Hoc website committee.

Heritage Week Activities

That the PACAC approve the recommendation outlined in Report PACAC13-008, dated March 12, 2013 of the Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:

 

That the report on the activities that took place during Heritage Week 2013 be received for information.

That the PACAC request that staff draft a designation brief for the three hydro-electric generating stations in Peterborough for review and approval by PACAC at the May 14, 2013 meeting of the committee.
