Dates and Locations
for 2013 ACHAC Meetings
Moved by Councillor Parnell
That the Arts, Culture and Heritage
Advisory Committee approve the recommendations outlined in Report ACHAC12-021
dated October 11, 2012, of the Manager of Arts, Culture and Heritage as
follows:
a)
That
the current ACHAC recommend locations for regularly scheduled ACHAC meetings to
be held in 2013; and,
b)
That
a suggested calendar of meeting dates and locations be confirmed at the
November 8, 2012 meeting;
c)
That
the reconstituted ACHAC appointed for 2013 be asked to approve the suggested
calendar of meetings dates and locations at their inaugural meeting in 2013;
and,
d)
That
this information be provided to the Clerk’s office for publication.

Other Business
Final Committee Meeting
The Committee members agreed to focus
the final Committee meeting on developing comments on the City of Peterborough
Official Plan. Past Committee members will also be invited to attend.
Next Meeting
The
next scheduled meeting is November 8, 2012.
