dated May 17, 2016 of the Accessibility and Communication Specialist as
follows:

Report APRAC16-014 with respect to options to provide beach access routes at
the two City-owned public beaches be received for information;
b)
That
staff be directed to investigate options to provide accessible beach access
routes at the two City-owned public beaches, and report back at a future
meeting.

i) Assist the representatives
of the Jackson Creek Meadows subdivision, to establish a Neighbourhood
Association, with the goal of developing amenities within the subdivision’s
parkland, through the Community Assistance Program; and
ii) Report back to
the Arenas Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee once the Neighbourhood
Association has been established and the details of a specific project are
identified.

and Special Projects, the Parks and Forestry Supervisor, and the Recreation

ten-year strategy to address the City’s water play facility needs as detailed
in Chart 1 of Report APRAC16-017 be endorsed and recommended for consideration
by City Council in the City’s 10-year capital program.

community garden within Nevin Park be denied, and that alternate sites be investigated
within the area.
