A presentation was made by Kate Story and Mark Wallace from Peterborough Performing Arts Recovery Alliance (PPARA) Keep Arts Alive!

    That the presentation from the Electric City Culture Council be received for information.

    That the Arts Culture and Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that the City of Peterborough maintain the 3 levels of annual grant funding - Service Grants, Community Investment Grants, and Community Project Grants - at 2020 levels or higher, and allow flexibility in organizations' accomplishments due to the Pandemic. 

    That the Arts, Culture and Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that the City of Peterborough make a matching contribution to the Peterborough Arts Alive fund to support its Strategic Resilience and Recovery grants, ensuring that the ACH sector has the financial resources it needs to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
