dated November 8, 2012 of the Manager of Arts, Culture and Heritage as follows:

a report from Candace Shaw providing a review of the activities of Artsweek
2012 be received for information.

That the ACHAC approve the
recommendation outlined in Report ACHAC12-022 dated November 8, 2012 of the Manager
of Arts, Culture & Heritage as follows:
That the ACHAC undertake a facilitated
process at the November 8, 2012 meeting to develop input and comment to the
Planning Division regarding the Official Plan Review.

The Committee thanked Planning Staff
members for inviting ACHAC to be part of the OPA process and would like to
continue to be involved in the future.

The
next scheduled meeting is January 10, 2013.
