outline the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Peterborough, the Township of Cavan Monaghan and the County of Peterborough
developed under the guidance of the Provincial Land and Development
Facilitator in order to secure employment lands, capable of being serviced,
for the benefit of the region.
