report to evaluate the planning merits of amending the Zoning By-Law for the
property known as 622 Brealey Drive from the D.2 – Development District to
the R.1,1m, 2m – ‘H’ Residential District to facilitate a future severance of
two residential lots for single detached dwellings with 15.24m (50 ft.) of
lot width, on full municipal services.
