a presentation by Mr. Steve Terry be received for information; and

directed to investigate the possibility of the request to rename Olympus Park, and
report back to APRAC at a future meeting in 2017.

applications to utilize City-owned land for community gardening be accepted no
later than February 14th in the year in which the garden is to be
established.

City supply water to the four existing community gardens on City owned land
that do not have a municipal water supply, via delivery of water by the Public
Works water truck to on-site water storage tanks supplied by the garden
coordinators.

presentation at a future Committee meeting, outlining the sponsorship
opportunities at the new arena facility.
