Conservation Advisory Committee Held on April 2, 2015 in the Sutherland Room, City
Hall.
The
meeting of the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee was
called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Stewart Hamilton, Chair in the Sutherland Room,
City Hall.

Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest
Councillor
Pappas declared an interest with Report PACAC15-014, Approval of Verandah
Restoration and Report PACAC15-011, Heritage Preservation Office Report as his
parents live in proximity to the property at 1545 Monaghan Road.

items were considered as part of the Consent Agenda.
The
Chair moved to agenda item 5, Report PACAC15-014, Approval of Verandah
Restoration.

the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee approve the
recommendations outlined in Report PACAC15-014, dated April 2, 2015 of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
a)
That
the PACAC receive the restoration plan for the front Verandahs of 1545 Monaghan
Road, the former Mount St Joseph convent and;
b)
That
the PACAC approve the plan, and;
c)
That
a letter containing the decision be provided to the property owner.
