property known as 882 Whitefield Road from the R.1, 1m, 2m – Residential
District to the R.4 – 270 – ‘H’ – Residential District, to permit the
redevelopment of the lands for a 27 unit, 3 storey apartment building on the
southerly portion of the lands.
