meeting of the Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee was called to
order by Dennis Carter-Edwards at 7:00 p.m. in the Sutherland Room, City Hall.

Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest

Pappas and Peer Christensen declared an interest in Item 5 (Report ACHAC16-008
– Public Art Sub-Committee Report), as they have both submitted applications to
the DBIA Mural project.

Office for January 2016 be received for Information.

regarding the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision
for 663, 689 and 730 Lily Lake Road be received for information; and
b)
That
the ACHAC Chair provide a summary of the comments by the Committee on the
proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision for 663, 689 and
730 Lily Lake Road.
