report to evaluate the planning merits of amending the Zoning of the lands
known as 900 Water Street including the adjacent Hilliard Street Right of
Way, to a modified SP.174 Industrial Zoning District, to permit the addition
of ‘rental establishment for truck and trailer rentals’, as a permitted use.
The effect of the amendment would limit the uses of the subject lands to
light industrial uses, as a transition toward future residential use.
