Standards Report

Archives Advisory Committee receive the Feedback: Community Museum Standards
report for information and review the community policy and accessibility plans
at future committee meetings.

Discussion was held on the
new ACHAC terms of reference, the Community Museums Operating Grant application
and changes at the National Archives.
Off-Site Storage Facility

That Council act promptly to
make a decision regarding an off-site storage facility for the Peterborough
Museum and Archives’ collections, in order to fulfill its mandate, to ensure
that existing federal funding applications are not jeopardized, and to ensure
the health and safety of volunteers, staff and patrons.

Armstrong for her longstanding, significant and enduring contribution to the
Peterborough Museum & Archives.
Gayle McIntyre thanked
Chair Nancy Jackson for her commitment to the Committee during the past six
years.
