Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by

Report PACAC13-017
PACAC By-law Update

That the PACAC approve the
recommendations outlined in Report PACAC13-017, dated May 14, 2013 of the
Heritage Resources Coordinator, as follows:
a)
That
PACAC endorse the changes to its enabling by-law as outlined in the draft
By-law as amended, attached as Appendix A, and;
b)
That
PACAC request staff to forward the By-law to Council under cover of a staff
report recommending its passage.

Other Business
Ivan Bateman did not
participate in the discussion regarding the Heritage Tree Book Project as he is
the Chair of Peterborough Green-Up.
A discussion was held
regarding the Heritage Tree Book project. The PACAC members that sit on the Heritage
Tree Book Committee will report back to the Committee when more details are
available.
The Heritage Resources
Coordinator informed the Committee that his office has received a proposal from
379 George Street for minor alterations to the facade of the building. It was
indicated that this project will be approved by the Heritage Office.
The Committee was reminded
about the Ontario Heritage Conference 2013 being held from June 6-9 in
Midland.

That PACAC approve the
expenditures associated with sending the Heritage Office interns to the Ontario
Heritage Conference 2013 from June 6th to 9th, 2013.

meeting at 9:40 p.m.
Next Meeting – The Chair informed
Committee members that an email would be sent to them indicating the June
meeting date.
