the presentation from the Heritage Resources Coordinator on a grant program to
provide funding for the preservation of properties in heritage conservation
districts be received for information.

the proposed inclusion of eligible properties on the Heritage Register be
endorsed by the committee;

staff be requested to include this endorsement in the report to Council for its
consideration.

Civic Awards
Nomination
packages are available on the City’s website and in the Clerk’s office. The
deadline for submissions is March 3, 2017. Councillor Pappas and Andy Cragg
volunteered to sit on the Civic Awards Selection Committee on behalf of ACHAC.
