Project Manager, Utility Services Department be received for information.

Other Business
The Parkway Corridor Environmental
Assessment was not reviewed as the consultants for the project are going to
attend an upcoming Committee meeting to give an update on the project.

The Chair indicated that the next
scheduled meeting is June 13, 2013.
