That Committee move into Closed Session to discuss one item under Section 239(2)(c) A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board and one item under Section 239(2)(a) The security of the property of the municipality or local board.

Committee resumed Closed Session at 6:08 p.m.
