    That the Arts, Culture and Heritage Advisory Committee recommend the 2020 Public Art Policy to Council for approval.

    That representatives from City of Peterborough art groups be scheduled to attend ACHAC meetings to provide information on the barriers they are experiencing as a result of the COVID pandemic.

    That to allow for periodic general discussions on topics relevant to the work of the committee, a member can make the motion, under Other Business, that there be an discussion period at a regularly scheduled committee meeting or an upcoming meeting.

    Both the discussion period and the topic are to be noted in advance on the agenda of this meeting to inform the public as well as committee members.

    In format, a discussion period contains an introduction to the topic and a following roundtable discussion. The intent is to enrich awareness of general matters relevant to arts, culture and heritage by amicable discuss and shall not exceed 15 minutes.
